SIX STEPS TO CHOOSING A CCTV COMPANY

1. How long they have been in this business?

2. Are they licensed to work in the security industry?
   Ask for and verify their current license number.   Private Eye Enterprise is licensed by our President/CEO Michael Dear under C-class license B09375.   C-Class license is the most qualified level of licensing, meaning that he has fulfilled the requirements and continuing education for both an A-class (private investigator) and B-class(security company).   Check out the Texas Commission of Private Security at their website, and search for their name or company name to check if they are currently licensed.
   
   
3. Do they have an office?
   This may sound silly at first, but they need to give a physical address where you can contact them.   We deal with many customers who are left high and dry by other CCTV companies when they no longer return phone calls.   We have three "brick and mortar" stores, which means you can always phone someone for technical support, or come to the store to get an in person demonstration.   Remember cell phones and web sites can disappear without a trace.
   
   
4. Are they properly staffed for service?
   Does the company have other employees who can help you when one of them is unavailable? Beware of the one person show!!!   We have multiple skilled employees who are ready to help you at all times.   We also have a hands-on owner who cares about the service you receive.
   
   
5. Are they properly insured?
   Private Eye Enterprise carries full liability and workers compensation insurance.   This helps protect you once our employees are at the worksite.   We will provide a copy of our insurance waiver upon request.   A CCTV company that does not carry this insurance exposes you to unwanted liabilities.
   
   
6. Do they have references?
   Call a few past customers.
